About Nick Maloof

I have been involved with real estate for many years, first as an attorney and then as a real estate broker. My personal motivation is to offer our clients a level of knowledge and service that is several cuts-above average, providing truly superior service with a smile. 

As an attorney, I oversee my law firm's activities, which involve the practice areas of estate planning, real estate transactions and business transactions.

As a real estate broker, I assist my clients and my broker associates in the facilitation of sales and purchases of residential real estate, especially short-sale negotiations.
