Victor Obenauf is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business coach. His work experience includesownership of two successful marketing firms, a career in house flipping and executive board memberships oftwo local Advertising Federation clubs (including the Greater San Francisco Ad Club.) in 2014, he sold hisinterest in a Bay Area ad agency and relocated to the Sacramento area to focus on his love of real estate andhelping others pursue their homeownership dreams.
His experience as a business owner, marketer, and investor/ flipper will provide clients with a strategic edgeand turnkey solution to their real estate needs. Victor enjoys biking, camping, and running with his wife andtheir dog Oso.
Emily is excited to join the Maloof Properties team as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Growing up in a real estate family, she partnered with her mother’s top producing real estate team where her experience included, transaction coordinator, home staging, marketing, worked as a buyer’s agent and successfully purchased and flipped her first investment property at age 25.
Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sonoma State University. As a collegiate “All American” swimmer, she remains active in her community as a swim coach. Emily is well traveled, where she has been to over 15 different countries throughout Asia, Europe, and North America. Emily is a detail oriented professional with technical minded experience in diverse environments. She is passionate about assisting people to locate their dream home and helping her clients to sell their homes for top dollar.
